Cash And Stamps products and services carry a NO REFUND/NO RETURNS policy
By using your credit card to purchase any product or service, you agree
to and understand that cancellations and charge-backs are not possible
or allowed.
You also agree that if you contest a payment or request a charge-back, you will be charged an additional $100 charge-back fee.
